Dr. Barbara BALON is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Silesian University of Technology, Poland, with a PhD in Engineering. She currently holds multiple roles, including Doctoral School Coordinator for External Relations, Coordinator for the "Implementation Doctorate" program, and supervisor of the Industrial Automation and Robotics program. She has extensive experience in academic and organizational activities, having served as President of PhD Government and leading several research projects focused on mechanical engineering and blockchain technology in production. She has received numerous awards, such as the Award for the best doctoral dissertation.

Dr. Anna Maria Kiljan is a Doctor of Engineering at Silesian University of Technology, Poland. She holds a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering and has completed postgraduate studies in Academic English and Cybersecurity Management. She worked as an Expert in Production Cycle and Cost Estimation at Fiat Auto Poland. Her doctoral thesis focused on the crystallization of metallic glass and its biomedical properties. She was a Visegrad Scholarship recipient and has undertaken research and teaching internships in multiple countries. Currently, she supervises a student research team and serves as the Dean's Representative for Cooperation with Yanshan University and others.
