嘉宾简介：
ChristopherBannerman教授是英国密德萨斯大学ResCen表演艺术创意研究中心主任，英国密德萨斯大学舞蹈学教授，伦敦舞剧院著名舞者，北京舞蹈学院人文学院特聘客座专家，ArtsCross跨艺计划创始人。他曾在伦敦当代舞蹈剧院担任首席舞者和编舞长达15年，曾任英国舞蹈协会主席，英格兰艺术理事会舞蹈咨询委员会主席，英国国家舞蹈协调委员会主席，伦敦北部创意合作组织主席以及文化、媒体部舞蹈论坛的成员。
2009年，他与北京舞蹈学院共同创立了ArtsCross计划，并在2011年将合作范围扩大到台北国立艺术大学。从2009年到2013年，该项目从北京迁至台北和伦敦，每月有6000多名观众，11000个独立博客访问者，共有150名舞者，36名编舞者和40多名学者参与活动。
内容简介：
ArtsCross began in 2009 with an innovative andsuccessful collaboration between ResCen and the Beijing Dance Academy (BDA)entitled Danscross: dancing in a shaking world. The purpose of the project isbringing together artists and academics for workshops, performances, anddiscussion. In this lecture, professor Christopher Bannerman will take fourBritish choreographers as an example to illustrate the cross phenomenon indance works. Each choreographer has developed their choreography by crossingboundaries between dance forms and often other art forms, they create what we call‘contemporary dance’.
